Green Country Bonsai conducts Bonsai Master workshops each year. To assure a quality learning experience, the number of attendees at each session is limited. First priority is given to Green Country Bonsai members, however a limited number of sessions may be available to the general public.

Workshop participants are given the opportunity to style a tree under the direction and guidance of an acclaimed bonsai master. Each student selects his choice of tree material and is expected to bring the tree material and their own tools to the workshop. The student and master will consult on the style of tree to be created.

After agreeing on the style to be created, the student proceeds through the three stages of creating a bonsai: trimming, wiring and potting. In most instances, a finished tree is completed in the 3 hour session.

The cost to attend each 3 hour session is $50.00, payable in advance
